Nasi Lemak

Ingredients for rice :
3 cups of rice
1 packet of coconut milk
2 1/2 cups of water
2 teaspoon of salt
Pandanus leaf

• Cook rice with all ingredients above

Ingredients for sambal :
2 cups of dried chili
3 onions
8 garlic
1 inch of belacan
Salt, sugar and tamarind juice
Oil

• Blend chili, onions and garlic
• Heat oil and saute blended ingredients
• Add in belacan
• Add in salt,sugar and tamarind juice

Condiments for Nasi Lemak :

• Fried Ikan Bilis
• Sliced cucumber
• Hard boiled egg
• Good combination with fried chicken

Kiwi Cake

Greenish and very appetizing right? Ya, kiwi... sweet as it's looks..Iced with kiwi flavored fresh cream and garnished with fresh sweet and sour sliced kiwi. You can always change the flavors.. peach, pitted cherry or strawberry. MMMM... fresh, colorful and appetizing right. Doesn't it looks just perfect for fruits lovers? As a birthday cake perhaps? :-)

MEE HAILAM

Mee Hailam

Ingredients :

1 packet of yellow noodles

2 onions

5 garlic

Chicken and beef

Cabbage, chili padi and tomato

Tomato ketchup and chili sauce

Soya sauce, salt and sugar

2 cups water
Cooking oil

• Heat oil, saute onions and garlic
• Add in chicken and beef
• Pour in water and bring to boil
• Add in soya sauce, tomato ketchup and chili sauce
• Add in salt and sugar
• Add in cabbage and chili padi
• Add in noodles
  

SPAGETTI BOLOGNESE

Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients :

1 packet of spaghetti
500 grams of minced beef
200 grams of tomato puree
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
3 onions
5 garlic
Bay Leaf, oregano and pepper corn
Salt and sugar
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese

• Heat oil and saute onions and garlic
  
• Add in pepper corn and beef
  
• Add in tomato puree, tomatoes and carrot
• Add in bay leaf, oregano, salt and sugar
• Parmesan cheese for serving

Kak Yatie...A very kind lady, mother of five and an entrepreneur celebrated her hubby's birthday at her very own house..It's a surprise party, CAN U BELIEVE IT? Her husband didnt know anything about the arrangement? But look at those pictures... Its a well managed event right? Thanks to those who had work hard to make it successful. Black and white for the theme color. Here we are promoting 'Masakan Kampung' and local fruits, sago mata ikan for the dessert...sweet traditional delicacies just perfect for the wonderful evening. (...Masakan ala kampung, chef kami Pn Hamidah dengan segala kepakaran yang ade telah menyediakan Masak Lemak Kekel, Ikan Sembilang Tumis Cili, Rendang Ayam Sayur Kacang, Rendang Tok dan Pulut Kuning, Ikan Asam Pedas, Ulaman dan yang tak boleh dilupakan..Sambal Belacan...)

I really like the idea of promoting local fruits, rambutans, mangosteens, bananas and durian, King of the fruits.
Yes, different theme for different occasions and mostly depends on clients needs and tastes. Our job here is to make their dreams become true in reality...To fulfill the needs and tastes of clients is in our best of interests...( Bukan lah satu kerja yang mudah, perah otak dan kerah tenaga untuk merealisasikan citarasa pelanggan..yang pasti kerje mesti siap ON TIME!
